1. Cancel of Unfulfilled Order

  • Special Conditions: In cases where an order is placed using a special promotional offer or subsidy, and a cancellation leads to fees from the payment service provider or any other third-party platform, these fees will be passed on to the customer. We will calculate any cancellation fees based on the actual expenses we are charged.

1.2 Refunds

If you request to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped, our customer support team will automatically approve the cancellation and notify you via email. We'll then process the refund, deducting any applicable cancellation fees, and credit your original payment method within 10 working days. 2. Return of Goods

For returns or exchanges due to Damage/Defect on Arrival (DOA), as specified in the "Return and exchange policy", we are responsible for all costs, providing a full refund. Additionally, if the original order was placed using a special subsidy, a cancellation fee will apply.
